With that being said we do not do exchanges, returns of refunds as ALL of our products are custom made for each and every one of vou. If there are any problems with your purchase however please contact us within 14 business days so we can do our best to correct any possible issues you may have because as I said I want you to be happy.
Turn around time!
All turn around time is different depending on the product.
Apparel 24 items or less is an average of 2 weeks after artwork approval has been submitted.
Larger orders may take longer depending on amount of items!
Tumblers average about 6-8 weeks. These products take time as there are multiple steps to make them perfect and curing time depends on how the products are made! key chains, mugs, accessories, etc. all have varying times ranging from 1-4 weeks depending on what you order.
Decals up to 12×12 in size will be ready in 1 week depending on quantity!
Vehicle lettering all depends on you, your vehicle the size and details and appointments set to install. This is all based on custom needs so the time reflects this please keep in mind I order most blanks as needed and my turn around time doesn’t include the ordering and shipping process from my vendors to me!
Shipping process!
All items are shipped by weight and size through USPS and will be calculated on invoice. We do not ship internationally!
All items come with a tracking number on day of shipment! We are not responsible for anything that occurs with packaged once they leave our facility and cannot guarantee shipping times or how the package is handled. We will ensure everything is packaged safely and securely on our end however before it is sent out!
** All handmade items are made with love and care and will all be unique as I cannot recreate anything the way a machine would so there may also be imperfections but it’s what makes my products imperfectly beautiful! **
